1. Who we are

The online store at www.blnced.com ("balanced.") is operated by A&M EXPORT-IMPORT AGNIESZKA KLASURA I SPÓŁKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Gorzew 19, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001030679, NIP 7292504649, REGON 473068098, share capital 300,000 PLN ("we", "us"). 2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in our store. By placing an order you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

3. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.

4. How a contract is made

The product pages in our store are an invitation to make an offer. When you click "Pay now" at checkout you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded when we send you the shipping confirmation or when payment is taken, whichever happens first. The contract language is English.

5. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place the order.

6. Delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Processing times, delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are handed to you or a person you name.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days from delivery. Details, including the model withdrawal form, are in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty goods and complaints

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, under applicable law. If something is wrong with your order, email info@blnced.com with your order number, a short description and, if possible, a photo. We respond to complaints within 14 days.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Discounts and promotions

Automatic bundle discounts and discount codes apply as described in the store at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photos, texts, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we are always happy to resolve issues directly by email.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
