We want you to love your socks. If they are not right for you, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Email info@blnced.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
2. Send the socks back to the address below within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service and keep the receipt.

Condition of returned socks

For hygiene reasons, please only return socks that are unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging. You are welcome to try them on briefly to check the fit. If socks come back worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the socks back to us, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. In that case we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items and the original standard shipping cost (if you return the whole order) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the socks have arrived back with us, or until you have shown proof that you sent them. The refund goes back to your original payment method at no extra cost to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard shipping, we only refund the standard shipping cost.

Exchanges

Want a different colour? Return the pair as described above and place a new order. That is the fastest way to get the colour you want.

Faulty items

If your socks arrive damaged or develop a defect, email us a photo at info@blnced.com. Your statutory rights for faulty goods (2 years from delivery) always apply in addition to this return policy.

Your legal right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window extends this right. The withdrawal period ends 30 days after the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example by email to info@blnced.com). Sending it before the period ends is enough.
