I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All words and expressions used in this Privacy Policy should be understood in accordance with their definitions contained in the Terms and Conditions of the www.blnced.com store.

II. SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND PURPOSE

1. We process personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and deliveries in the blnced.com store, direct marketing of our own products and services, carried out in traditional (paper) form, constituting the so-called legitimate interest of the entrepreneur. Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), c) and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

2. If separate consent is given, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, data may also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means or making telephone calls for direct marketing purposes, in accordance with Article 10(2) of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services or Article 172(1) of the Act of July 16, 2004 - Telecommunications Law, including those directed as a result of profiling, provided that the user has given their consent.

3. If it is necessary to deliver an order, the necessary personal data may be made available to postal operators or carriers – solely for the purpose of sending the order.

Transaction data (including personal data) may be transferred to the electronic payment operator selected by the Customer in the process of placing the Order, to the extent necessary to process the payment for the Order. Personal data processed for purposes related to the execution of purchases will be processed for the period necessary to execute the purchases and the order, after which the data subject to archiving will be stored for the period applicable to the limitation of claims, i.e., 10 years. Personal data processed for marketing purposes covered by the consent statement will be processed until the consent is revoked.

4. If there is a suspicion that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.

5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but providing the marked personal data is a prerequisite for placing an order, and failure to provide it will result in the inability to order products from the store.

6. If the user agrees, personal data will also be processed in an automated manner in the form of profiling in order to make decisions concerning the user or to analyze or predict their preferences, behaviors, and attitudes.

7. The Data Controller shall take special care to protect the interests of data subjects, in particular:

ensuring that data processing is carried out in accordance with the law,

collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,

factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows the identification of the persons to whom they relate, for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

III. ACCESS TO THE CONTENT OF YOUR DATA AND ITS CORRECTION AND CONTROL

1. A customer who has entrusted their data to the Administrator (by placing an order or consenting to the newsletter) has the right to access the content of their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. IV. COOKIES

1. Cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the blnced.com store, in particular for the tools required for authorization. Failure to change the browser settings on the part of the Service Recipient is tantamount to consenting to their use.

2. Within the Store, cookies are divided into three groups: session, persistent, and analytical.

Session cookies are temporary and are only stored until you close your browser and/or log out of the store.

Persistent cookies are stored in your browser's memory until you manually delete them from your browser.

Analytical cookies are used to learn how the Service User interacts with the Store's content, to collect information about how the Service User uses the Store, the type of website from which the Service User was redirected, and the number of visits and the duration of the Service User's visit to the Store's website. This information does not record specific personal data of the Service User, but is used to compile statistics on the use of the Store.

3. The Customer has the right to decide which files they consent to by adjusting the settings in their web browser.

V. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Administrator shall take appropriate measures and actions to ensure the protection of personal data being processed, commensurate with the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular shall protect the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.

2. Matters not described in this Privacy Policy or in the Terms and Conditions of the www.blnced.com, shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

3. The provisions of this Privacy Policy shall enter into force on August 1, 2022.
