The flower is on the sole.

balanced. started with two friends and one small annoyance: grip socks that either slipped on the reformer or looked like hospital socks. We wanted a pair that actually holds, feels soft, and looks good enough to wear out of the studio.

So we designed our own. Every pair has silicone grips shaped like little flowers, clustered under the ball of the foot and the heel, the two spots that slide on a reformer carriage. The rest of the sole stays quiet so your foot can move. The body is a soft cotton blend with a ribbed crew cuff.

We are Noah and Marcel. We run balanced. between Copenhagen and Poland, where every order is packed by hand and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Why "balanced."

Because that is what a good class leaves you with. We believe wellness is personal, and the small things you bring to your practice should feel like yours.
