Shipping policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Poland.

Processing time

We pack and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays). You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping in Denmark and the EU kicks in at 340 DKK, which means any order of 2 or more pairs ships free. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships and can be longer around holidays.

Prices, taxes and customs

All prices include VAT. Orders to countries outside the EU (for example the UK, Switzerland, Norway or the US) may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@blnced.com right away and we will fix it if the order has not shipped yet. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
